You can apply for multiple apps. Preferably not all at the same time, but you can. If you do happen to apply for another, or more than one, be ready for some serious RP. Your gonna need to learn alot, real fast.

Alexander Craven was born in Los Angeles, California. When the combine invaded the city, he and his family hid in the basement but it wasn't long before the combine found them. His brother got killed because he was fewer than 18 at the time. He and his mother and father got transferred to different cities. He has been on his own ever since. He found a few friends in different cities, just to get transferred to a different city. He has seen the brutality of rebels invading the plaza that surpass the brutality of the CCA. After that, he dreamt of becoming a CCA and killing the rebels and bringing hell to the resistance. Ever since he's been on his best behavior and helping the civil protection in every way. He's been reporting anti citizens and rebels that he sees and their locations. He would also never resist the CCA. Even though he would never admit it, he secretly wants to find his parents again; He wants to see them just for a little to quell the longing in his heart for them, because he has that emotional scar he is reluctant to torture or kill any Citizens.

He was born in America, July 1995. During that period, When in his youngling years (Toddler), he experienced multiple beatings from his father, as an excuse to calm down his anger on others, he took it on his child. This child, Anthony Riley, developed a snear sense of becoming very, cold. Cold as in, His heart was very hardened, and could be lashed at multiple times before actaully breaking into peices. Following his dad's beatings, His ignorant mom caught notice, finally arresting his dad. He live a very lonely life, for his mom being strict towards him, leaving and entering the house. He developed a anti social bond between humans, for how they treated him. Now, It was primarily focused on his parents, on his hatred. But, at the time of suffereing more than a toddler should suffer as he grew to be a teen, He changed. He became one of the many ignored outsiders for his social problems that he wasn't able to developed correctly due to his parents. As he stepped into his teen years, He ended up as an orphan, not being able to comply with the nuns, for his social behaivor, and self-minded lifestyle. He was very quiet, and was never approved of, or spoke of. He was there, to be there.
After his teen years passing, and combine took over earth. He felt that it was time to take back his life. He became a signature loyalist in city 8, first having to learn much japanese because the citizens in city 8, composed of japanese, asians, and others alike. He signed up to be a combine earlier in city 8, being deported to city 18, where to this day, he waits to become accepted.

Katie, 8 months pregnant, is excited about the new addition. Its going to be a boy. The family walked with glee as the twin daughters, Abigail and Hannah, skip the sidewalks. The get to the library and everyone goes in except Charlie. He stared in awe at the gaping portal! In less than a minute the library was destroyed along with half the rest of the city... Charlie was captured and vowed to be a loyalist.

The /me's and /it's are meant to tell a story. The over all /me's and /it's are good, but they also need more detail. Dont be afraid to add in more things, it shows that you put work into your applications.

EXAMPLE:
/me walks down the lonely gravel paved road
/me has only two bullets left
/it a citizen approaches and asks for directions toward the train station
/me I point in the direction and shout "Move Along!"
/it The citizen nods and has a nervous look as he backs away
/it Suddenly Antlions sprawl to life out of the ground and begin attacking citizens
/me Takes cover and radio's in for back up, loading my last two bullets into the revolver
/me leaps out of cover and fires my first shot, hitting an Antlion directly in the head, killing it
/it the shell is tossed from my gun, making a ringing noise as it touches the solid ground
/me I land on my feet, and make a break for Nexus as my Commander shouts "RIPCORD" into his radio
/it an Antlions jumps onto my back, pulling me to the floor
/me I land with it over me and my hand pulls itself up under the Antlion, I squese the trigger and with a loud bang, the Antlion falls off of me

Your character background story could also use some work. I like how it is told, and it gives a pretty straight forward way of telling you who Charlie is. But I feel as if there isn't enough in there to explain why he does some things. Why does he want to be a loyalist? Why did he want to go to college? Who is his wife? Who are the daughters? How important to him are they? All those things could really make your character come to life and really add to the server for story.

You did not use both role play examples. You are supposed to do one passive, and one action example. You only did a passive. It was well told, it could use more detail, but I really am a stickler when it comes to role play examples. This defines how good you are at role playing, and I am betting that you have talent that you arnt showing.

Also, your character background story is oddly told. Try to tell it like a story, almost as a documentary. You can implement first person scenarios if you'd like, but id'e really love to get to know the character by simply being told what he has done in his past, how he got to City 18, family, friends, and even where he is originally from.

Reason for denial: Incorrect use of Role Play Examples. Background story could use work.

Jack Lee is a man born in the sub urbs of london england, he lived only with his mother and two brothers his father was lost in a war firefight. Jack moved to a little village in the falklands where he lived for 10 years until he then moved to a flat on the outskirts of Paris with his Fiance Carolina. One day the combine came for any men and women who had not been relocated he hid for 4 long sleepless days and nights until one combine heard him in the little basement, he and his fiance were separated by a Combine Elite and Jack was wacked in the forehead with the but of the combines shotgun his last vision was his beloved Fiance being dragged by her hair into a seperate carriage he awoke in a strange place called "City 18" he worked as stock manager for a while until it occured to him if he join the Civil Protection Force he may be able to find his Fiance so he trained for hours on end, after 2 weeks of non stop trainning Jack went to the station to sign up in hope to see his Fiance once again.

This is Jeff Stevenson, When he was young he was an orphan, he didn't have a job or go to collage because he didn't have the money.He used to live in City 8. City 8 was an awfully dangerous town. City 8 was dangerous because there was a large amount of thugs that the MPF had a hard time controlling. It was around 5:00 the Overwatch Dispatch voice announced that rations were now being handed out at the Nexus. All the citizens frantically for the Nexus Lobby. People were being pushed literally being dragged because they were starving slowly to death. Jeff was second in line, when the MPF officer asked for Jeff's name and CID, Jeff Said "Jeff Stevenson 72344." The MPF officer then said "Alright, you can go." Jeff then was very glad that he was out of the line of frantic people trying to get there rations. Just as he was allowed in he heard the MPF officer say "Straight line now!". Jeff then walked to the ration machine to receive his rations. After the rations were handed out every one formed a line from the front of receiving to the end of the Nexus walkway. Jeff was second last. As Jeff was walking down the walkway he was attacked by a Thug. The thug said "Give me your ration!" holding up a knife. Jeff yelled for help. The only thing he heard was his Echo and the sound of something running towards him he couldn't see what it was though. Then Jeff heard was two shots of pistol. The thug was lying on top of him, dead. Then two Civil protection officers knocked him out. He then woke up on a train heading to City 18. Jeff then stepped out of the train looking at a sign saying "It's safer here."

First let me say this, I do believe you have great potential to become a CCA officer on our server. You seem to have a firm grasp of what other applications for different communities want, but let me tell you why I cannot give this application the green light.

You do not have your steam ID. That is a link to your account page. To find your ID, go into any server in Gmod, open console, and type "status". find your name, along the path should be STEAM:(numbers) that is your ID.

Your /me's and /it's although well told, I would love to see more detail and less rolling. The roll's take up about half, if not more of the examples them self's. Also, the first set only has 19 lines of RP. Do not be afraid to go above and beyond the set 20 requirements. I love it when a user shows that they are putting work into their App. Also, the Units here are called CCA (Combine Civil Authority), not MPF.

The background story was nice, but it felt like the whole thing was one part of what could be an entire story. I want to see the entire lifetime of this character. Where he was born, what his hardships were as a child, what he did when the 7 hour war began, and most importantly, his family.

Look at accepted applications to get an idea of what we are looking for.
Please re-apply in 2 days.

Your background story explained your character, as well as family members and loved ones, which is nice. But the grammar and over all plot outline for your character has some gaps in it that I think could be filled with much more detail. Lets look at grammar and punctuation...

Jeff was a boy who lived in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He was 18 years old it was three days away from his birthday. He had his dad, Rick, His Mom,
Suziana and his little sister, Brook. Jeff was on his Final Exam, two days away from his birthday. The next day he went to his graduation and earned his high school diploma. It was his birth day his mom, dad and his sister had made him a cake and got $500 for his birthday, he blew out the candles and wished that he would pass collage and get into university. The next day something rocked the earth, explosions everywhere they quickly turned on the news and the reporter said "Some alien race is invading the military will be sent out to defend the population. Five minutes later something hit the house. It was some sort of pod, then theese small crab spider like things started crawling out. His entire family ran to the basement and locked and double bolted the door shut. They had a battery powerd radio and a four week supplie of food. The News caster said that the army was somehow disenigrated by Massive Three legged creatures. Several Hours past, the Reporter issued that Earth has surrendered to the aliens now refered to the "Combine". Seconds later the door burst open as two "Combine" Blew off the door and they both looked at Jeffs sister, and shot her. Administered the Combine said. Jeffs
Entire family was shocked, Where they next? Then It looked like a military soldier shot one of the Units and the bullets richocheted off of the unit and struck Jeff in his lower neck area. The Unit shot the soldier in every Vital in his body, the brain, The Heart, The Liver, Pancreas, Both legs and arms and the lungs the Soldier gasped for air as his lungs were pierced the Unit still standing crouched down and said into a Raido "Unit Requesting Helix."
Jeff was then sent to City 18.. all the way in Russia, Jeff never heard from his parents again but later in city 18, Jeff was being mugged by a Thief he said "Gimme all your tokens, or I'll shoot!" All Jeff hears is a 9mm Pistol go off and the thief falls to the ground he was shot by a CCA Unit. Jeff doesn't bother saying anything or touching the body he continues with his daily activitys.

Your RP examples were almost all Rolling. I think you could put some more effort into them. Really go all out on those, I look at them to see who you are as a Unit, and see if you are capable of what you will be doing.

The character background story doesn't meat the minimum requirement of 10 lines. Please put effort into these applications, they are as serious as the server. I dont want just anybody getting to be a holder of power.

Since he was born the economy in Berlin was suffering in debts and people who did loads of crimes in downtown of Berlin.
Every day Andre went to the school it was a dangerous trip through the ghetto of the deep deep Berlin.
When he was 14 he moved to his grandmother in Asia on the 1st January. Suddenly when he arrived at his grandmother some bad news came up. A live news report popped up in all the TVs around the place. It has shown the cascade. It straight crashed into the heart of the US. Andre didn't knew that his parents died because of the radiation of the cascade. When he tried to travel back three months later the Asian boarder didn't wan't him to travel back to the US because of the radiation in the USA. He had to stay for another two years in Asia. He has become friends with the people who lived around him and his school friends. As he was 16 he learned for a dream job suddenly on the 2nd August some loud noise came from outside of the school building.
The military came up with loads of tanks and planes. They've encountered a troop of combines with lots of Striders that have vaporized the tanks of the Asian army and just caught the helicopters down like they were nothing. Combine troops ran past the school building and destroyed everything else. He was one of the lucky persons that did survive the attacks of the combines by hiding in the school.
During the 7 hour war he traveled around the world trying to hide from the combines to not be slaved from them. Later on as Dr. Breen who got voted to the administrator of the earth on the 15th January 2014 surrendered for the earth, the seven hour war was over and the combines made Dr. Breen to the administrator of city seven.
When the war was over the combines called the towns that were left from the war cities and build huge walls around them.
When the combines fenced up the town he lived in as the know known city 8 Andre began to find some friends in city 8 in a very short time. Friends with some of the CWU staff and with some people who live next to him in the apartments. Every day he walks along the streets of city 8 he sees people getting punished for violating the law and he wanted to be a part of the combines so he can also keep the law in the city. When he was about 24 years old he grabbed a paper and a pen and wrote down a application to the MPF and threw it into the mail box of the local city post office on the 14th October 2014. From that day on he's waiting for a request from the recruitment office.

During the 7 hour war he traveled around the world trying to hide from the combines to not be slaved from them. Later on as Dr. Breen who got voted to the administrator of the earth on the 15th January 2014 surrendered for the earth, the seven hour war was over and the combines made Dr. Breen to the administrator of city seven.
When the war was over the combines called the towns that were left from the war cities and build huge walls around them.
When the combines fenced up the town he lived in as the know known city 8 Andre began to find some friends in city 8 in a very short time. Friends with some of the CWU staff and with some people who live next to him in the apartments. Every day he walks along the streets of city 8 he sees people getting punished for violating the law and he wanted to be a part of the combines so he can also keep the law in the city. When he was about 24 years old he grabbed a paper and a pen and wrote down a application to the MPF and threw it into the mail box of the local city post office on the 14th October 2014. From that day on he's waiting for a request from the recruitment office.

Something like that. Also the rolling system on this server is dead and replaced with P2L. The "MPF" as you call it is called the CCA on this server. Your Grammar is okay, but your sentences rambles on at some points.

-Childhood: Chris was born in the United States in 1993, His mother was a doctor and his father was a banker, When he was 5 his mother said to his father: "We should send Chris here to a Private school, He has been a smart boy so he should get a smart education." Chris was sent to a Private school for smart kids, He got trough the school pretty easy and was then sent to a Prep school, Were he has a interest in science.

-Adulthood: Chris was starting his study to earn a Bachelors physics, He gained the degree and started working on astrophysics and cryptology, He would go to the observatory every night and look at space to see if he was going to find aliens or a new star, Chris found this was getting him nowhere so he gave the job one last chance before he would quit.

-Seven Hour war: Chris was looking into space with his scope, He saw nothing but starts and the sun, Chris was angry and starting screaming at space, But suddenly he looked out the window and saw Portals transporting Xen creatures into the area, Chris was amazed he never knew that this was going to happen, So he decided to stay inside and wait, Before he knew it the portals raged and started ripping holes in the observatory, Chris screamed and ran to the exit, A bang was heard and Chris fell to the ground.

He woke up and saw Xen beings running to the City, Chris was shocked and he needed to get out of the country, Chris got into his car and drove, He thought about what would happen if he was caught by the Xen aliens, Looking at the portal storms from all directions which he knew was a bad thing that would send Xen beings to earth, He put his foot on the accelerator and drove as fast as he could.

/it The radio attached to his belt begins to chatter, a loud booming, yet recognizable voice can be heard.
**Radio "Unit DvL 2555, speaking. Unit 06 2995 is now ordered to guard the checkpoint leading into the slums."**
**several minutes later**
/it Unit 06 2995 walks at an even pace towards the checkpoint, Unit 06 2995 nods within his mask as he approaches Unit 05 2115.

For 21 years of Mason's life, his father worked as an electrical engineer. He learned many things from his father during his earlier years, whether it be about basic wiring to more advanced skills and techniques. Mason was constantly intrigued with this profession and skill, but abruptly after.. the 7 hour war hit, and the Combine took control of the plant Earth. He was separated from his family and was forced to move into one of the cities, one only known as City 18. During his first months there, he was traumatized. He had a hard time dealing with never seeing his family again, but.. he had to deal with it.

Mason got over it, he had begun to get used to passively walking amongst the blank faces, the empty stores, until.. he had one day stumbled upon a bookstore run by the CWU. Mason had bought himself a copy of Zen of the Union to keep himself occupied, which turned out to actually enlighten him to what the Combine truly is. He had begun to read the book, Zen of the Union, almost religiously. Studying it page for page; word for word. He had looked at what the CCA has done to his fellow citizens.. he considered them, but at the back of his mind, the beatings, the brute force of the Combine, all of a sudden had vanished.
Days forward onwards, he had dreamed to become a CCA unit.
