Cross Server Citizen Transfers

Guys I had a great idea on how to expand our playerbase. It comes directly from when we transferred from HL2RP to Clockwork.

It goes like this... (this is from a convo i had with diablo)
Archimedes: lets say bob plays on catalysit
Archimedes: hes tired of their shit and staying an 06 forever
Archimedes: but his civi char is very well developed, has high loyalty, and high tokens
Archimedes: TC comes in and says, well reimburse you your loyalty, tokens, and possessions if you come to us
Archimedes: he comes and tries it
Archimedes: sees the community is far better
Archimedes: gets a CCA char within a few days like he deserved
Archimedes: and bam
Archimedes: bob no longer goes to cataylist

Basically a new forum section would be opened called transfer apps.
People would post screenshots of their chars and possessions.
We would reimburse them to a certain degree.

This isn't perfect but this is what its looking like right now.
1. Citizens = full reimburse
2. CWU = full reimburse
3. Biotics (which will be coded in soonSUCCESSFULLY ADDED) = full reimburse
4. CCA = post a TC app with screenshot attached. Units "transfer in" but drop to enlisted status (anything EpU+ becomes 02 or 01)
5. Resistance = full reimburse unless ridiculous backstory/weps (ar2s)
6. Any special chars = based on approval of owner

Voting good idea means it will be revised slightly but put into place.
Voting bad idea means it will be shot down.
If you have suggestions don't vote either way, just comment them.

We would need SEVERAL questions and pictures to prove that they actually own those things. If we can add those questions I agree.

This sounds like a good idea, however this can be abused, and would require more then just a screenshot, atleast from what my mind tells me. But all out this sounds like a good idea.
