Rogue and Anti-Citizen groups

This is just a small suggestion, but I noticed that the group for Rogues is called: 'Confirmed CCA Rogue'.
I think that any Anti-Citizens or Rogues should be in a group called: 'Status: Malignant'.
Anyway, this is just a suggestion, tell me what you think

Here the difference...

Rebel Faction:
The official group is a combination of the next 3 categories. However, just because you are in one of the categories does not mean you are part of the Rebel Faction. The best rebellion members are the ones who stay classified as citizens or CCA.

CCA rogues:
Their own faction. Not necessarily allies with the resistance. In fact they are more every-man-for-themselves then a group. May be detained on sight, may be killed on sight depending on if they are just a rouge or also a rebel.

Malignats: Citizens with 12+ mal-compliance points. Typically people who are trying to rebel without being associated with the official resistance. However, they may just be lolwebuls or rebels who have been caught.

Anti-Citizens: confirmed members of the rebel faction. Malignats turn to anti-citizens if they are seen preforming multiple acts of rebellion or seen with other anti-citizens.

Malignant: Citizens who have been convicted of minor Anti-civil actions and or multiple offenses against the Combine Civil Authority

Anti-Citizen: Citizens who are confirmed anti-civil and have violated many verdicts by the CCA, Multiple counts of Verdict 3 (or two? Can't remember...)and attempted or harming/killing of any Combine Civil Authority property or units.


That's all I remember...

Rebel/Refugee: Citizens who come into the slums and fight against the combine. They tend to have small arms and citizen attire. Basically armed citizens (Lolwebels)

Resistance/Lambda: The organized version of the rebels. The resistance leader (Phantom) invites you into the small faction and you are given a lambda uniform. You are official and most likely a Anti-citizen.

Malignant: A known but minor threat to the CCA. Has 15+ points. Thats basically it

Anti-Citizen: Known and dangerous. 20-30+ points. Possible HVT and is a threat to the lower ranking units.

malignants are those with +10 points and registered crimminals that can legally live in the plaza and have downgraded rights.

Legal Titles from the Union.

Unregistered: Citizens who are infact urban dwellers but do not have a registered CID in that district on their data and must apply with their local civil protection team if they wish to receive rations and an apartment.

Citizen: A neutral citizen that has either a clear record or has commited minor offenses. A citizen is a debatable status.

Loyalist: A member of the Union, or rather one of its loyalist who stand by it and are given privileges more than others.

Labour Workers Union: Anyone affilated with a employment, Civil Workers Union or CETA. Anyone employed.

Universal Union: A member of the Union government, this expands into different sections, such as Union District Inspectors, Or secret agents of the Universal Union, more formally known as the Union State Police.

Malignant: When a citizen recieves a total of +10 points, he is registered as an acknowledged crimminal but it not to be detained, his priveleges are deducated at this status and rations are less unless he works himself out of the title.

Anti-Citizen: One who has commited major crimes and is a Social-Infestation individual, charged with Major Malcompliance and other crimes, is to be detained or killed, according to orders created by higher command.

Anti-Citizen One: The most wanted, or one of the most wanted crimminals in the world, nation-wide and across the earth, the title for this status must be signed and sent through the capitol city and approved by the UU political party up there then signed by the head administrator of earth.

Other Titles

Unknown: Something that cannot be given a defenite status because it is unknown by all major factions of what it could be.

High Command: The commanding branch of your local Civil Protection.

Combine Civil Authority: The metropolice of the area.

Overwatch Transhuman Arm: Armed Solders with AI and augmentations.

Airwatch Transhuman Arm: A flight branch of Overwatch.

Confirmed CCA Rogue: A unit whos UID has been confirmed and revoked.
