CCA training idea. ADDED A POLL

What if instead of IC training, we do it as part of apps?
We all know that a lot of RCTs must wait a few days, or even weeks to get trained the majority of the time. What if we chance applications, maybe have them answer a few questions? RCTs could be on the field, just not have a lot of authority.

Ask them a few questions, if they know the answers, have it help them with the application. I know people could cheat on this, but we could cross that bridge when we come to it.

If we don't do this, why don't we add a TrN rank? You have the authority and permissions of an 01, but you can train RCTs?

The only major wait With CCA training is the application, as far as I've seen. i know that if I'm on and not doing anything, I'll train new RCTs if no one else is on to do so. However, I'm not entirely opposed to allowing units a little under OfC train them, in case all us high command people can't be on for some reason. Maybe have a set list of EpUs and 01s authorized to do training in such instances.

I like the idea, but IC training is much more immersive and new. I was scared shit less during my training back in DA because I had the OfC up my ass yelling at me.

That's what I want to work on with Clockwork. Bring people back to their roots, a much more serious player.
