New Player Suggestion.

I was thinking, We Have a Pharmacist which is Awesome! but I think it would be also cool if we could have some Doctors/Medics, This could be used in Gunfights like the Helix, but for everyone. For Example, Say I Get Shot In The Leg, The Doctor Would Take Me In And [{(RP)}] Take The Bullet Out, Bandage me and let me rest for a little amount of time. The Thing I see A problem with this is where to make an office, and also Which Model to use. I Would like to see this implemented but, would not be affected if cannot do it. -Frankie Astro-

I like this idea, to have doctors when you get shot so you arnt left dieing would be great

But, that's what the Helix does. If you get shot in the leg, two things are going to happen.

A. You get taken into the Helix bay and get a slightly augmented leg so you can move again. RPing it all (if the person doesn't RP you can ask them too)

B. You are left for dead by the CCA and possibly rescued by the resistance. (unlikely)

So, if you need a doctor, the Helix is your best bet. Get a request device and call something in. "I fell and broke my leg" will get a Unit to ask the Helix for assistance, or you will hear radio static until you die a slow death.

Yea, True. I just thought the one that could be added is like one for everyone like not working with the CCA Only, Like a CETA or something but anyways It's okay.

I honestly think this is a pretty good idea, because there is not always a Helix available because nobody ever picks Helix because they think Ghost or NOVA is more fun also you need to be really high rank to become Helix and most people die before they chose a division. But then I was also thinking "Medic" is not really a good idea because then you have high chance of dying and citizens would need to fear RP and not just run into a firefight and drag out a dying CCA and take him to the med bay. But "Doctors" is a good idea, they would just be somebody that knows a little more than a pharmacist and is able to treat basic wounds, BUT THEY ARE NOT A HELIX therefor you can only do VERY BASIC STUFF.

Yea, I liked the Idea, I don't think It's Getting through, as he said (to me) That it is based in Half life 2, which means that citizens are not even allowed to really talk to eachother. But Thanks for supporting.

We had these before and you can still obtain one or have one but here are the requirements.

1. Have a CWU
2. Be considered one of the most loyal aka access to the nexus. (UU/loyalist party status)
3. Inquire about Doctoral training with Helix DvL.

We have an area that could easily become a hospital. But with no civilian doctors its always empty and citizens are more often then not left for dead.

If we could get someone to become a doctor I'm sure some CETA jobs for the hospital would open up (Nurses, Secretaries, etc.)

Kind of kills the point of helix to me. The pharmacists could become doctors...not surgeons, but simple doctors able to stabilize people until a helix can come get them.

Thats what I was going to do with my Pharmacist since there is no Pharmacy At the moment.

Combine Cival Authority is here to protect society not you.

CCA helix doesn't waste resources on citizens. Maybe saving a citizens life but even then its not recommended due to canon. The chance of that happening gets less and less as you move up past 03.

CCA should dress citizens wounds if anything, beyond first aid is wasting resources.

However if a CWU member decides to use the CWU's resources in that way then thats a different matter. CWU are still human, whereas CCA not so much.

Rather then a pharmacy how about a clinic/pharmacy.

A helix 03+ can teach citizens basic first aid to work at the clinic.

I have a pretty good idea for how to wright the job summery and CETA application on the forums here, as long as that is okay with the admins unless somebody else had something in mind.

Of course that is only if Diablo gives an okay on this.
