CCA Training regulation

In this thread I will go over the simple steps you need to know when training a set of RCT's.

OfC, CmD, Apex, SeC, Listen up!

Step one:
Go over the Data Pad. Get them to use it.
Tell them what the points are, what they mean, and when they should be distributed.

Step two:
Go over ranks. TEST THEM. Ask them to say the list of ranks in order RCT-SeC. If they don't get it, make them do it again. IF they still don't get it, move on to the next Unit. Correct them once they are all finished.

Step three:
Move to shooting. Ask them to retrieve ammo if needed from the weapons locker. Other wise, line up and start firing. Rate them. Tell them they need to improve. RCT'S ARE AUTOMATICALLY BAD SHOTS.

Step 4:
Next is breaching. One of the rare training sequences that is rarely seen in battle. But it is very handy when it is used. Go over these words with them:
Prep
Zone
Inject
(Type them like that, Prep doesn't have a noise)
Make sure they know what order to use them in, who uses them, and which ones to use. Remember, the breacher says it, breacher shoots the door in, point man goes in first, breacher follows.
You do not have to say "Prep" while inside a building.

Step 5:
Finally, award them the rank of 06 and send them out on their final bit of training. First hand experience. Send out the new 06 with a unit that is not the rank of 06. Have the unit show the 06 the ropes of the city, and some of the choke points the CCA use to defend against rebels.
