Training For Ranks.

This really bugs me. You are an 04 with only knowledge of how to use a 9mm. You get a promo and INSTANTLY go to the armory and grab a SMG and just act like you know how to use it and such. Or you just go into interrogating and torturing without any training how to.


I think we should make it so when you get a promo, you MUST get training from a OfC+ on what your new rank brings to you, this way it creates more RP and you actually get taught how to use your new gun, tactics, etc.

P.S. If you are an OfC+ and someone needs training, actually train them because I have seen so many people get denied training just because the HC doesn't want to train them. If you don't train the soldiers then you will get shit CCA that can't even detain a rock.

YEs, this makes a lot of sense IC, Especialy for things like helix and nova divisions, They would require training before hand. Or atleast a little before hand to make sense for a transition into them. Brings nice passiveRP and Development to the CCA table.
