SPECTRE Division.

Hey guys, I know all of y'all have been complaining about rogues and stuff that shouldn't happen in the CCA or something. So, I have decided to make the idea of SPECTRE division. This division will be a covert and discreet operations group that REQUIRES invitation and invitation only. Also, no other unit unless the unit is also a Spectre unit will know that the said unit is a Spectre. They will go undercover as CCA units such as a Spectre 01 will disguise himself as a NOVA 02 because there is belief that a EpU or something is causing augments to go haywire or something. Spectre division will only be known by the DvLs, SeC, CMD, and APEX. MAYBE the administrator if you see fit. Specre units can also go undercover as citizens, thus meaning that some Spectres will need to be small or skinny or something, in order to figure out where the conspiracies are happening and such.

Just to state, GHOPST is BASCIALLY combat only. Read the entirety of the thing. NOBODY knows about Spectre EXCEPT for the members and the higher ups. The Spectre units would not go into the Slums. They are restricted from the Nexus and Plaza unless told otherwise by a DvL or something.

Still sounds like a pointless divison to me.

I dunno. I think it would add some fun for the CPs and it would give people more of a reason to, you know, go ON there CPs rather than run straight to the Slums....

Seems like a very logical thing for the Combine to do. They can't use brute force to get all the information. A SPECTER goes undercover as a citizen, Hears about a assassination of the Administrator. SPECTER radios the CCA they come in armed as hell and arrest the people involved.

Well yeah! That is kinda what I was thinking! Also, it is spelled, "SPECTRE*." Not "SPECTER*."

But theres no "information" to get without them being in the slums. No ones going to assassinate an admisistrator and walk around the plaza.

Dude, I have seen like, 15 people out in the plaza try to become rebels and talking conspiracy theroies. Also, that was just a theory I provided. Spectre will only go out into the Slums if they are assigned by SeC, APEX, or CmD.

Also, this won't just be undercover citizen RP. This will be undercover Nexus RP. Gives the CCA something moreso interesting. And anybody planning something funky will be ultimatley caught by SPECTRE. And I think I just spelled ultimatley wrong. Oh well.

Okay. but you don't need an entire divison to do this. You need like 2 people trained under ghost divison to do so. this wood just be a name changer.

Like I said, I have yet to see ANY Ghost units go undercover for anything! And the division is probably going to be made up of 3 to 5 people TOTAL.

We barley even have 3 to 5 in core.
And ghost hasnt done this because they don't HAVE to.

Ummm. Anus. I think its a good idea, it gives the CCA more to do, keeps people OUT of the Slums, more people will want to RP as CP because it would be moreso interesting.... Everything.
