CCA Division Improvement Idea.

I had an idea!

I was thinking that we could implement a new idea to the divisions allowing the ranks under 03 to have a little more fun.

What I was thinking is that once you achieve the rank of 05 you could choose a division to "Study" in. For example, you are promoted to 05, you are then called up to the sectors office. The sector would ask you witch division you plan on joining in the future. After this you would then be called to the office of that divisions DvL. The DvL would then give you very minimal training in that division, and you would observe other units in that division to see how they deal with situations. And then when the time comes to be an 03 you would already have some background training.

I was also thinking that if we go through with this then CCA would have there names changed to: CCA-C45-CORE-THelix-05.*****
The T stands for in training.

But, you CANNOT train in Ghost, for that would make no sense because 05-04 aren't kewl nuf for Ghost.

And every 03+ in a divison gets an annoying little gnome apprentice to train.

I can see it working, I guess. I think it'd be cool to have trainees being trained by the higher ranked units (03 +).

So... Is this approved?

Somebody want to tell me if this is approved or denied? Because I kind of want this.

The T for training isnt needed, the division name will not be put into the Units name until they reach rank 03.

The training itself how ever can commence. Simply put that they are training to be Helix in their Data.

Also, start using Yes and No as answers for this. No more "needs improvement" or "Idk maybe" answers. They solve literally nothing. So just stick to Yes and No and your polls will go a lot smoother. Its in the rules actually.
