Vamp Division Suggestion

Hey guys, Magnum came up with this neat Division idea that has been approved by Diablo, all it needs is community approval to allow it.

Division Name: VAMP

Specialties: Torture, Interrogation, CSI, and Detective Work. Also they gain priority and favor in Slums sweeps due to their training.

Traits: They never regret anything; They are wiped of emotions other than anger and neutrality; Unfriendly and mean to Citizens and Lower ranks; Completely Loyal to there Superiors.

Training: Lots of brainwashing, Crime Scene Investigation Practice, Advanced Torture Techniques, and Advanced Sweep Techniques


Backstory: VAMP was an experimental Division sent from the UU Human Experimentation Facility #[REDACTED] located in [REDACTED]. City 45 was deemed an appropriate test sight for this new division given that it maintains one of the hightest rebelion rate in all of the [REDACTED] sector. The trial phase shall begin on [REDACTED] of 2018.

I really like the idea, but does this mean no other CCA are allowed to tortue/interrogate? Also i dont know anything about coding but do you already have it figured out or are just assuming diablo will be able to figure it out?

No,But they will be reccomended to torture confirmed anti-citizens and HVTS

Adding a Division has no coding whatsoever.

About other CCA being able to interrogate, they will but for people they can't get info out of, rather then amping them they call in VAMP, more of an elite team who specializes in that. Also they would get priority with interrogations like Helix gets priority with all first aid related things.

Vamp is now a Beta division. It will be tested by a select individual.
If all goes well and it seems usefull, it will stay.

You don't need special training to carry out a simple firing line amputation. Vamp are used when there is a important/resistance character in detainment. They will carry out interrogation and if the suspect doesnt speak they torture. Just please don't do stupid unrealistic stuff. Currently Magnum is the only Vamp unit for testing. Vamp isnt really going to be a major divsion either. There will be no DvL/OfC it will just be a simple enlisted divsion for one to two units.
