You didn't use the correct format for this application. You missed the example RP section. As well as your Steam ID and name. Not to mention that you have a few grammatical errors in there. You said Freeman dispatched you, but then you say the Nihilanth was dispatched as well, and we all know he died. So that doesn't make sense. Also, vortigaunts are not allowed to use any kind of flux power or vortessence while enslaved. The metal bands around their bodies disallow this.

How Long Do I have until I can apply again? I REALLY want to use Cahl in the Map change event ( Also when i say The Freeman dispatched of the Nihlianth it was a sort-of reference to Half life 2 episode 2 when a vort said "You dispatched those guards with great dispatch!" I was rushing also I had to leave soon after Next time I apply I will use more effort. Also I NEVER said that The freeman dispatched me. And when I said that he was dispatched I wanted it to be a point to mark that the freeman has completed his journey (for now). Since the vortigaunts can't just "know" when The Nihnlianth has been killed, I supposed it would be something a Grunt would say, And that the shackles don't just "fall off" the grunts would take them off then the combine came and en-slaved them. I hope you can understand.

Early Life:
Gul as a young vortigaunt was enjoying life, then the combine came and took over the home planet. Portal appeared they fled through them, only to find Xen, the border world. When he got there he was enslaved like most of his peers. There were many creatures that went to Xen also, Headcrabs, Bullsquids, and Houndeye packs went through the portals. The Nihilanth took control over Xen. When there he went through teachings of the vortessence in his kin. He learned how to control his energy into beams and concentrate it to heal wounds. Then the portals appeared again. Species began coming through portals the were in bright orange suits, however they all looked identical, they took some of the species (Houndeyes, grunts, etc.) to their home world.

The Resonance Cascade.
When the portals appeared the Nihilanth saw this as an opportunity to expand his territory. Gul was sent through a portal with his Kin and two Alien Grunts. When they got to Black Mesa, they saw the species in white uniforms running down corridors shooting their own kind. When he got to the large source of energy every thing was destroyed, blood riddled the room. on his way back he overheard a conversation of two of these species, luckily he could understand them because of encounters with them on xen, after hearing that they killed any hostile, he sprinted away, with fear. He met his kin in a corridor they contacted the nihilanth through the votessence telling him that this was to big a feat. This is when he was told by the Nihilanth that the species went to Xen to collect xen crystals. Then everything just went silent, something was wrong.

Post-Death of the Nihilanth
When the Nihilanth's Bio-signal in the Vortessence disappeared, he knew something was wrong. This was when he realized that someone that his kin call "The Freeman" has killed of the Nihilanth, he was grateful for this. Knowing there was no reason to be in "Blak Ma se" (NOTE: This is what I think Black mesa would be in Vort speak) So they escaped, killing many enemies. When they got away the whole facility exploded. Suddenly, Gunships and synths started appearing around them. Knowing the portals have stopped appearing when the Nihilanth was killed, he tried to find an escape but failed in doing so.

The Seven-Hour-War
When the combine appeared Gul knew there was no chance of survival. He surrendered. The humans tried to defend but their technology was nothing to the Combines superior weaponry. Gul was in the majority of vortigaunts that wasn't killed. He went through 8 years of detainment in Nova Prospekt. This was the most miserable time in his life. In there he was treated as garbage, he was beaten and tortured. He was released in the year 2016 and sent to C45 for janitorial duty. This is when his real story begins.

What do you plan to do with your biotic character in the future?: This biotic character is meant to expand and evolve upon the factions that I play as. It is also meant to have a look though another perspective of C45.

When he was an adult he chose to go to war and fight against the combine. He would be a very good tactical soldier because as a child he was very good at sneaking and playing tricks on people. But after he went to war they took him prisoner and made him a slave.

But Before the War I was a Happy creature, I would always be lazy though. Never Did Anything! I would not leave my home. So when the war happen, It changed everything for me. I was Lonely, I had No one with me, so what I know is that I don't know if my Family members are dead, or just slaves.

As a child, everything was great for Vek’Nul, never any thoughts of war, never any thought about being a slave. But as he grew up, things kept happening, things that could lead to a sad future. But, when he was a child, he was very crafty with the vortesscence, he was able to do things that not everybody was able to do. By the age of only eleven years old, he was able to cast some simple destructive spells.
---Teenage Years---
When he was a teenager things got a lot different, people started going to war, people around him started dying of disease. After a while, he was transported to Earth with the portal. Earth was a very strange place to him; most people weren’t even sure what he was at the time. Racism was something that occurred very often. But even then, things were still very peaceful; he had nothing to worry about.
---Adult---
When he got older, things got better, he had lots of friends and people generally accepted him into society. But then one day, out of nowhere, gunshots rang out, airships flew throughout the sky. The Combine began to invade, randomly killing anybody that got in there way. At seeing this, Vek’Nul hat quickly ran into the basement of his friend’s house. He began to watch what was on the TV, to see what is going on. He started seeing tons of stuff on the news all over the world about the Combine invading Earth and taking everything over. After a while of sitting in the basement, all he heard was “Zone.” “Inject!” and then two Overwatch soldiers had busted down the door, he had covered his head, not wanting to die. Then one of the OTA walked up to him, and pulled him up. He put a collar around his neck and aggressively strapped a bunch of strange devices to him. One of the OTA went behind him and hit him in the back of the head with a pulse rifle, he had then awoken in City 45 where strange men told him to clean or else he would be beaten.

As an Infant, my parents left me. I never knew what they looked like or how they were like. I was took in by another family. Their son, Tuk'Neki was my greatest friend. We did everything together. When the Combine took over, we were placed in the same city together. After time, we grew to hate the
Combine because he found out that they killed our family. We decided to plot our escape. We spent months figuring out where and when we could run to the slums. When we were so close to figuring out our plan, a rebel saw us and decided to help us. He said that he could use our "talents". As we followed the rebel into the slums, we heard Combine chatter on a radio far away. They were saying that they were going to do a sweep. As the rebels told us to hide, Tuk'Neki was trying to cover the sounds he was making because he was scared. Because of his noise, the Combine found us and a few rebels. They killed the rebels and beat Tuk'Neki to death. As tears filled my eye, I blacked out. As I woke up, I was in a dark room. The walls were covered in blood, and there was robotic voices on the outside. As the door opened, a Combine high ranking authority stepped in. He kept asking me about the rebels and beating me until I spoke. I said I didn't know anything about them because I was only there for a short time. After several beating, they said they wouldn't kill me, instead they said that they would put me on a train to City 45, to become a slave. As I arrived to City 45, I made sure not to befriend anyone, knowing that if I did, I would get them killed as well.

Growing up, he was trained in a small and not very long lasting warrior caste that only lasted part of the time he was on his homeworld, at least 5 human years, there he became more talented with the aggressive side of his vortigaunt powers. Like any other vort, he went through the tradition of having poetry and song passed down through generations.

During the combine invasion of his homeworld, he and most of the other vortigaunt race escaped through a portal to Xen, there he and the rest of his kind met the Nihilanth, his forces and was forced into slavery, he was treated like trash and was forced to whatever he was told to do, whenever he had the chance, he would communicate with his kin, sharing poetry and song with other vorts. Later, during the resonance cascade, he, like many other vortigaunts, viewed this as a chance to escape. He participated in the murder of various Black Mesa scientists, regretting some, not caring about others, once the HECU marines showed up, he did the smart thing and stayed away from them, choosing to extend his own life time instead risking the chance of being killed in combat. He did this for most of the "Invasion" Of black mesa

A short while after a human referred to by his kind as "The Freeman" Killed the Nihilanth, he was overjoyed, he escaped the Black Mesa facility along with the others of his kind before it exploded due to the nuke that was located within. A short while after, the portal storms began to happen, and as a result, so did another decade of forced slavery, the combine were much more ruthless and brutal to his kind than the Nihilanth, he has attempted escape a few times, but none of the attempts were successful, he now simply lives out his life doing labor work for the combine, trying to avoid beatings and enjoying what little things he has left.

as a young one Sha'Zok learned to manipulate the fibers of vortessence by his parents. Sha'Zok was very interested in the biology of creatures observing their movements, feeding etc. At the age of 15 the combine found their way into their home world, unable to stop the endless forces of the combine, they did what they thought was best, escape leaving their home world to a different dimension. He gathered his family and left with the others to the realm of Xen the border world. as they escaped the met with a villainous creature the nihilanth and his alien controllers. Being greeted with shackles and despair of enslavement during his time in Xen he was fascinated by its creatures he studied them carefully helping the injured creatures. He also tended to his injured kin, after a period of a few years at age 20 there master opened a portal to a new dimension, earth He gathered his family and left with the others who built the courage to leave to this strange new place. after the transition to the dimension he teleported outside of black mesa but alone his family was in the facility knowing that he could not find them it the vast compound he left. arriving to America he began again helping the injured. but was astounded by technology learning how to use it and how he could fix it. after 7 years the combine arrived once again, but this time he had nowhere to run. shackles were put upon him and he was transferred to a city called city 45, Awaiting the day the freeman saves them.

Elbibo28, you seriously need to improve your grammar, bro. Your last application was denied due to poor grammar and a few other things. My suggestion is that you copy this into Word or a similar text editing program and use the grammar and spell check option. This will show you when to put capitals and commas and other stuff. I am sure this is going to be denied if you don't fix it. I would personally deny it, but I don't have that power yet.

He was always a fairly peaceful, but submissive, Vortigaunt while in Xen. As a result of his submissive nature, he was often abused by family, friends and foes alike, never developing any talents in particular, simply doing as he was asked by anyone who chose to abuse him.

The Combine, not finding any other skills, decided to use him as a researcher, improving and developing new or already existing technology.


Did you ever have a problem with your established government in Xen?: Yes, Von'kyl was relieved to be out of Xen - before he was enslaved by the Combine.

What do you plan to do with your biotic character in the future?: Research and develop new technology to assist the Combine (unwillingly, of course) or help them in other ways as needed.

/me Gets the citizens attention and says "Massterssss, behind you."

/me Walks past the NOVA Unit and spots the Nargodians windows, covered in grime, something smeared on it and an a smell unholy.

/me Sets his bucket down beside him and grabs the sponge, turning it over dipping the other side in the soap and water.

/me Keeps the sponge in the soap and water for about five seconds, then raising it from the metal bucket.

/me Applys the sponge to the window in the worst condition and cleans the window in a circular motion.

/it The smell is slightly overpowering, but Xel'Tul endures the smell, he turns to dip the sponge in the water once again then notices the mouldy takeout behind him, he makes a mental note to clean that later. 

/me Puts the sponge in the soap and water once again, this time for ten seconds.

/me Grabs the sponge and cleans the windows edges, he notices mould in the cracks and tiny crevices and uses his claw to get it out.

/it The first window is shining in the bright sunlight.

/me Picks up the bucket, and shambles to the other window.

/me Dips the sponge in again, for at least ten seconds.

/it The window is clouded, and seems to haven't been cleaned in a while as he cannot see through it.

/me Grabs the sponge and uses a circular motion to clean the center of the window.

/it The window is very opaque with a slight bit of transparency.

/me Traces a rectangle around the frame of the window with the sponge, he then dips it in the water and scrubs the window lightly, getting smudges out of the glass.

/me Grabs the sponge, dipping it in the water and slowly scrubs the blood off the wall.

Xel'Tul was Thirty seven when it all started.Many era's ago, I lived a normal life, I was a teacher, I taught kin on how to use vortessence and the aspects of our culture. I taught techonology, It was nessisary.
But the day when the Combine came, portals upon portals opened, other creatures from other dimensions, some we had thought never existed. We were told to evacuate, our army held, we evacuated using the Combines portal storm, we then teleported to our borderworld, Xen. Nihilanth was cruel, he had not cared for our species or even his own, he forced us to be slaves and soldiers, my kin were turned into soldiers, I was ordered to work as slaves for labour. Even then we were not safe, the crystals on the borderworld were unstable, highly unstable. Me and other Xenotherium subservilia knew that. Even then, the combine's portals in the our homeworld had faded.. my wife hadn't made it. The peace was good while it lasted, I was forced to collect crystals to feed our power sources, many Xenotherium subservilia died. Most of us were treated poorly, we were forced to eat other Xen species, it was terrible. One of my kin died, defending the border of the infected zone, a Gonarch I believe it's called killed him, I feel terrible. More portal storms occured, more frequently.. but this time it was massive... Nihilanth knew with the massive storm the Combine would notice, he ordered all Xenotherium subservilia who were in the military to invaded whatever was on the otherside. I knew my kin, would be invading I only hoped he come back alive, after many hours another portal storm, the air turned erie and filled with energy.. I knew that feeling I ran, to the opposite side of the borderworld, as fast as I could half way there, the Combine they noticed it the portal storm we knew the Combines objective, take over everything. Augment. Pacify. Control. I knew with our military weakened, I realize we were doomed. I did not want any of this, I want a normal life, me with other Xenotherium subservilia ran to the portal storm that had been raging on for two weeks. I was hit by something, I was knocked unconcious.. I woke dazed.. I was in a strange world.. La fin. (Xenotherium subservilia is a word for Vortigaunt, it would be weird if he called his species that if he was smart and stuff.)

Enhance Civi RP with such as cleaning, as I haven't seen a vort in C08, yet. As well as most unlikely get him freed.
