Crazy idea

Okay so the Fallout server will be up in about a week or so. But in the trailer I made, no doubt all of you saw The G-Man. So, my idea was exactly that. What if we mixed the HL2 universe, and the Fallout Universe, using G-Man as a gate way?

Characters from HL2RP could be taken to the Fallout server and have to adapt to new life there. But only through G-Man and only who G-Man chooses.

Its a far fetched idea, but the possibilities of the two RP universes becoming aware of each other and realizing this is something more than just what we see, instead this is a large plot by the G-Men which is still unknown.

Its very hard to explain, but on a rare occasion that someone is chosen by a G-Man to be taken to a different universe, as a punishment, they will get to bring their character to the other server. They keep their Uniform, their money, their weapons, their name, description, everything. The Fallout characters will be just as confused as the HL2 character. The HL2 character will try to explain what he saw with the G-Man, but the Fallout characters will think he is crazy or something. But soon enough, G-Man will choose a Fallout character to transfer to the HL2 universe. Pretty soon the characters will start to catch on and become curious as to whether or not these random new comers are telling the truth, thus opening the story line to a much more dramatic and complex state.

Its like the ending to Bioshock Infinite. I wont spoil it if you haven't played it. But this idea (and im not saying this is final) could bring in a whole new aspect to the characters mind, and could eventually lead to a whole new character play style. A scientist trying to find the other Fallout Universe. Eventually the two universes could talk to each other through Server chats. Very limited chats of course. But the idea that their is another Earth out there that has the same system of life as the one those current characters live in will be chaotic.

Its just an idea.

I mean, maybe one day in the server HL2 RP or the Fallout RP server, a scientist could develop a "teleporter", and travel to the HL2 RP server, or vice versa.

Possibilities are endless, I'm just sayin'.

Thing is, it'll be really, really weird to see a Brother of Steel member suddenly teleporting into the rebel base, or the Nexus as an example.

Just sayin', it'd be really really cool if a vortigaunt, or even a CCA member to be transferred onto the Fallout RP server, or vice versa.

I want to see it happening, right in the Nexus, too!

Creature study could EVEN abduct mutated creatures from the Fallout NV universe, which would bring ALOT more potential for creature study.

e.g. CCA scientists kidnap a bandit and study him/her, stuff like that.

OR EVEN, ALIENS! Aliens from the fallout universe somehow getting abducted by CCA, or rebels. Possibilities are endless, son.

The fallout universe contains laser guns, laser mini guns, guns that shoot rocket bullets and Powered armor that can take hits liek a bawse.
The second a member from the Brother Hood of steel gets chucked into C45, shit is gonna happen.
Imagine if a fuggin super mutant gets chucked in there too.

ONE MORE THING
Instead of being two different universes, they should instead be different times. And all 3 can connect, For example, Fallout RP could be what happened after the combine left, people ended up returning back to their childish conflicting ways, and ended up nuking each other with combine weaponry.
Severance RP could maybe take place in-between, Like, some time after everyone nuked each other, the side effects of combine weaponry created necrotic bacteria that reassembled and had to consume bio-mass to live, as a result, zombies. Then the zombies evolved and the same strain split off and evolved differently, resulting in Death claws n Shit.

Then the combines created tiem masheenz that could only go forwards in tiem, and then back to where they were transported in time, they would bring SPESHIMENZ back from teh fallout time in t3h future, and soem units would secretly have been bitten, MAKING ZAMBIES IN t3H HL2RP!!!11!!!
And then SHIT WOULD GO SO OUT OF WACK that the g-mangz would bring together their forcez and would DUKE IT OUT LIEK A BAWSE, with everyone all sooper powered upz and fiteing at the end of the wurld
And the g-mangz looked like this:
And then the g-mangz would be 2 tired to fight anymore, with all their pplz dead they would agree to do the SUPER DUPER FUSIONZ TECHNIQUEZ 11!11!@!!!!!
And then they would wind back time, but however ending them in the process , for a time, until they came back, slightly changed but still the same
sorta like a SHITTY GAINAX ENDING.

TL;DR, This idea would result in a looping mind fuck of events. slightly changed each loop, but the results mostly the same.

Here.. Is an improvement on Jaq's idea. I am way to lazy to wright it out again, so I am goanna just past something here.

I like fallout, So.... Yeah.... SUPPORT!!!

I don't really know about this, I see that everyone else is doing +support, but I think this may lead to bad things. I don't want the falloutrp to be just HL2RP with new factions. Because thats what its going to be if we support this, I'm just going to say -support because I don't want people getting the wrong idea of rping on HL2Rp, and rping on Falloutrp. It makes sence with severance and HL2RP though, I think.

We wouldn't "mix" them entirely. It would be like an anomaly. One person shows up every so often, then gets taken back. It wouldn't be like huge groups go into the Fallout Server. One person at a time, and only at specific times, spread out far apart from each other. It wouldn't be enough to drastically change RP in both servers.

Just enough to open up a whole new line of investigation for both servers, some players wont even know a HL2 character is amongst them.

My decision has been made, I think this is a good idea, but it could possibly use a little bit of improvement or maybe not, I don't know.

Oh yeah. If I follow through with this I am making sure that there is an entire story and plot outline for MY G-Man to follow.

Something like, total domination? Perhaps a reason for Noob's G-Man to send someone else into a different server to combat my workers.

The only way I could see this not detracting from the RP servers, HL2RP in particular, is if it's done really EXTREMELY rarely due to the Portal Storms from the Resonance Cascade tearing into parallel dimensions. And maybe highly minimal G-Man influence. Otherwise, no.

By the way, the entire point of my previous post was to say, Do Not Want.
