CCA RCT suggestion

I think a RCT should be a rank that has to go with one or two units and actually has to take time before getting 05, basically I think that should be a rank that should get training yet actually patrol with 04+ units so they could get better field experience, give me feedback

Field experience was already part of the training, rcts would go with a unit, tour the plaza, witness an arrest, and see how rations are done. then they is done.

Since I will be training recruits I will probably do 2 separate parts and a longer training process. Maybe have some 01s show the Rcts the ropes aswell.

Mabye we could do it like army rp. Like, each unit in training is put on a 1-3 days course of training. There name is modified to show what section/day of training they are on, and who is traning them. Whether its an IC or OOC day is up to you guys like...new units name-

I agree, if we are going to lengthen the ranking process and make it based on merit we shouldn't just let RCT's become 05's for receiving ten minutes worth of training. I like the idea that they have to go to 3 different stages over the course of three days. Hell maybe even take an oral exam at the end so they know what they are doing.

On another note, icly 05s are seen as weak citizens in a uniform. On most servers 05's can only leave the nexus barricade if they are with another 05 or up. Seeing that we have plenty of higher up units this wouldn't be a problem.

Guys, remember, RCTs already HAVE training, as a unit before you get a suit, you go through a period where all you do is study and you don't leave the nexus. Or your quarters.

Yes but OOCly they don't know shit
1 session that is a lecture (kinda like a final review icly)
1 session that is an exam (breaching test and oral test so they remember the shit we teach them)
1 session that is a patrol with an 01 or higher
Then they would get 05 next ceremony or something.
NOTE: all sessions should be completed on different days, also people should be able to fail a test and have to retake it.
