CCA Radio Codes Empty CCA Radio Codes

If you have played on any other HL2RP servers, you would know that there are radio codes for certain actions that the Civil Protection carry out. For instance, instead of radioing "Under attack, need assistance!", you could radio "11-99, officer needs assistance!" I cannot quite remember if that is exactly how it goes; these codes are based off of Half-Life 2 sound files (which can be activated using your in-game directory.) For instance, using the in-game directory, we can figure out that typing "11-99" in chat makes our character say "Eleven-ninety-nine, eleven-ninety-nine, officer needs assistance!" along with playing a sound file to all around you + into radio (if you are indeed radio-ing). I'm willing to type out this entire list if you guys are interested.

CCA Radio Codes Empty RE: CCA Radio Codes

My apologies on the poll, Archimedes. I was unsure how suggestions worked here.

Also, Gremnkai, I don't believe you understand what I'm trying to say. Yes, the CCA do have radio codes that they can use, such as 10-4 and 11-99. However, these aren't mandatory, and the codes that are understood right now by the CCA do not even begin to rival the amount of codes there are. If I may direct you to an offsite link... http://rodeo-gaming.foorumi.biz/t29-ccaradio-codes

As you can see, there are many codes, such as 10-20, used as "What is your 10-20, oh-six?" or "We have a 647E here, administering civil judgement", 647E being a code for anti-citizens. This list can be broadened to the admins requests; however, mandatory use of any of these codes enriches roleplay and makes Combine units sound more... Combine.

He means actually understanding what the codes mean. We have a thread for that, it isnt really looked at, (although its required if your are a CCA to have a look at it.) that contains a list of what they mean.

https://thecrew.forumotion.com/t7-cca-handbook

Its located in the Factions section. All units should know the majority of these.

EDIT: This post actualy is giving me ideas. Perhaps it is time to get our CCA trained and serious about what they do. Maybe we should require codes be remembered?
