Able to buy CCA Ranks..?

I had an idea that we could possibley buy RANKS. This could fund the server and not have every CCA at there same rank for like eight weeks. So example. Say bob is an 03. Bob's peers can't finish there quotas in time for cerimonies. Bob is annoyed and has his entire quota done. Bob with the idea I have means : Bob doesnt have to wait anymore! But one restriction, you cannot buy ranks with in 4-8 weeks from the first one. I don't want people to spam promote button.
SA's and Diablo can choose how much these cost. If you want this +Support

I'm thinking you could get the rank from the current rank . E.g. 06 can only buy to 04, 04 to 02, 02 to EPU

BUT. THIS ALL MUST REQUIRE ICLY TRAINING.

SA's and diablo change this in anyway you want.

This just seems a cheap way to buy your way up to the top. People would get ranks too fast it would just be a mess -support

Nein.... It should be earned through experience like everybody else. Buying it will also ruin the fun and development that goes into which is good rp wasted.

Yeah, ive havent had a promotion for around 4 months, even though i have HAVE completed my quota

Whenever I call ceremonies, no one shows up.
So I promote a handfull of people 1 by 1 in my office like da old way.

Then when everyone is on.
Theres no one left to promote.

And magnum your not being promoted yet because I haven't really seen you on at all. Mustbeactive.

I have been for like, the last week

While I do feel this would help fund the server, and that's always a good thing, I don't think it's fun/good rp. You know, when I rp I'm rp'ing a character that is progressing.
You get higher ranks by "making a name for yourself". A CCA who does a lot of things right gets a higher rank. If someone would buy a rank up this really wouldn't make any ic sense. I also think it would take some of the fun of CCA rp out of it. I'll be going with -support.

I will tune this up more. Instead of full promotion, you can buy half of your quota...

And no, no buying promotions includes no buying part of your promotion requirements. If I must, I will ask if I can get approval to promote people if I have proof their quotas are completed, but complaining about not having ceremonies delays it, and being impatient about it doesn't get you anywhere.

And no, I'm not just saying this because I'm a DvL. In fact, I plan on starting a new unit from scratch sometime soon anyway.
