Location ID for citizens

I know that the Combine have been giving citizens certain locations to live in. So I propose an idea of giving a citizen a location ID to which it matches the apartment or a room ID number. It would make certain events better like lock down or searching through apartments or rooms.

E.g.
Citizen
Location ID: 1234
Citizen ID: 12345

The location ID is to match the actual apartment or a room on the map specific to the Location ID that the Combine have given to the citizen. This would create a more organised control on who lives where and on society IC'ly. This would greatly improve to way that players play as a citizen in events that include lock downs and for the Combine to be more organised in searching through rooms and identifying citizen who are not in the correct location ID to which they are given.

There's not enough apartments to make something like that feasible. Next time post that in the coding suggestions.

I do like the idea, but I am pretty sure its impossible. Door ID's would constantly be changing. Or more than one citizen would have the same ID.

We would need about 30 different apartments.
