I'd like to know what you get as an Operator or what you get as respected. What are some differences?

Operator is staff. You get powers to help out other players.
Respected is just a title. It is for people who got the title of respected either from becoming staff and then stepping down, or for LONG time players.

Respected do get flags like PET I believe. I may be wrong though. Respected is just a well known person who is a big help to the community. OP is also that, but more so and they are given more powers to help the community.
