Ok, heres a new suggestion. Before you shoot me, readallofthisplz.
I was thinking of getting the idea of an IC area for the forum up, for cca announcements, ic recording of events, weather alerts, rebel bulletin boards, or advertisements from factions like CETA/CWU etc. Papers and posters get mingepunched and destroyed really icly, so it's hard to advertise. If someone isn't on when an event starts, or cca makes an announcement over /dispatch, they will have NO idea whats going on. I want to fix that. The rebels can have a bulletin board full of records, the cca can post announcements here for those who didn't hear them, and posters can be read here, and be taken icly. Under each topic, describe WHO is announcing this thing, how its being announced, and who is able to read it and use it icly. Any suspicionsof forum metagame will just result in temp ban. cause thats just trollololing. You may OOCLy read posts of factions you don't belong to, but none of your chars can know anything announced in the topic. Heres an example, and yes, if this is approved/liked- this is actually happening on the server.

Attention CCA units, the coldfront that has moved in has dropped temperatures to far below freezing. I like alot, maybe we can have permissions that have to granted to view them so the rebels can have their own forum place and the CCA can have theirs.
