Who is "Dagger"?

Not even Two days ago, I came onto the Server and Citizens were flipping shits about a "Dagger". My CCA Unit arrived onto the scene late, it was a BloodBath. i'm Scared I.C And Out Because it sounds like some minge with a lot of guns, but i think again... The Citizens all were keen that he Existed, They said ooc that he left before i came on, they did not state a username. So i have an even harder time Believing. i'm honestly really confused... if he has all those weapons to slaughter citizens... that means he killed CCA as well, that or he has gotten somekind of access to a Blackmarket, or Nexus weapons. Can someone with more power investigate this? or if this is a True Badass character just post on this letting me know?

So far as I'm aware, it's a shitRP character claiming to have legit IC metal teeth. And he didn't put them in himself. No. Apparently it's possible to have a genetic defect that makes you grow metal teeth. EXCEPT THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE AND FUCKING STUPID.

I feel like he's a mingey character, he has way too many weapons, an OICW, Spas-12, Usp .45, AK-47, TMP, and a 9mm pistol. Why does he have that much? My rebel only has a Glock with little ammo, an empty SMG, and an AK with 3 clips. Who's giving these people weapons? and I have to argue the whole metal teeth thing, you're not jaws from some James Bond movie.

Seems to me like some giga minge that decided to lolraid the nexus or something to acquire such weaponry, very strange, I will be watching and if I see anybody with any weapons of the sort listed above or any PG non realistic metal teeth and such in any chars, brace for questioning.
