Char Cap??

Okay, so I was playing on the server and I wanted to make a new char to change things up but then I notice that I cant make a new char. The "New" button is in a darker gray and I cant click it so I tried deleting one of the chars I never play on and then I still cant make a new char. So anyway this did start after the server downed so I'm just wondering if its a screw up on the server settings or something and if somebody could fix this a soon as possible, thanks.

Yeah, its the server restart. I'm very sorry about this, the configuration file is a pain to go through. An option is "Extra characters limit" I think its set at, 10? Im not sure. What ever it is set at, ill bump it up by 5 or so.
