Simple improvement to get citizens out during a fire

So a few days ago two citizens got killed by fire and another by exploding gas tanks. The reason being that they were stuck above the third floor, I was thinking of that door on the fourth floor during that time before the people died and that combine could take citizens out that way until the fire is put out and less people get killed because of burning gas tank ruptures and fire.

I think that door is used ICly, just the CCA units at the time were not smart enough to use that door to rescue them from there.

The implication being the average CP cares enough about citizens to stop as many as they can from burning alive. Which they wouldn't.

Like Bravo said, if there was like an 04 and below, then they MIGHT be saved. But CCA just looks at the citizens as expendable. Which they are...


Also, CIVIL protection protects civilization (the burning building), not the citizens.

No citizens = No civilization.

Like I said they are expendable=replaceable. There will always be more.

I'm really only willing to safe citizens if they are valuable. Random shit civvies that don't do jack shit are going to die, but some fancy CWU that is friends with Dr. Saga and Sector, they will probably live. But in the average situation I just let the CAH burn to the ground. There is no reason to possibly have CCA die saving the lives of civvies, and to waste recourses to just put out a fire. The ones who die, die. And the ones who live, live in a burnt down apartment.

The reason I made CCA put out the fire is not for the Citizens life.... It is for the CAH... If there is no place for the citizens to live in the plaza, many will be uncivil due to no sleep, or just all go to the D6 rooms (Which is only 4) and most likely just run off to the slums which the UU does not want.

Possum ever think of the fact that if you save citizens, more will want to join the CCA because they seem like heroes of justice for the UU? And if you just let some random civvies brother die his brother will hate you and think you only care about Loyalists and CWU so they will want to rebel? You have to have a little foresight into the future mango

Well actually a smart high command would. Because a smart high command knows that well behaved citizens are worth keeping and not just letting die, for the actual COMBINE's purposes, the giant overlord aliens on some distant planet. The more citizens alive, the more workers, the more soldiers, and the more whatever the combine will have. The CCA is merely a distraction to sort out the good bad and the ugly of citizens while the combine reap all the resources from earth, water and minerals and such.

Then the combine take the CCA's sorted work, kill all the anti's, turn the neutrals into something you probably wouldn't want to be, and give the loyalists a-somewhat-pleasant-but-not-really enslaved job.

And thus the smart high command has the responsibility of ordering their units to take care of decent civilians so their combine overlords are happy and don't eat them.

So yes, if your not a total retard high command or officer and look at the big picture, you do care about civilians.

But any Unit would still beat them for a simple quota if they had to.

And most just do it for fun...
