Small sewer area opened on City 8!

New sewer opening!
Note: New rules with this!
Citizens can go down there. How ever, it is not Legal. Citizens found within will be arrested for trespassing if caught.
But let it be known that only 02's, 01's and higher are allowed down there. Every other low rank needs DvL+ permission.
There is no Patrolling down there. It is an off limits area to everyone, and Units should only go down there when they pursue a suspect.
Citizens should Fear RP. They do not know what they will find down there, and it is very obvious that death is an option when/if you get caught.
Rebels, this is not a place to store a shit load of weapons and equipment. This is a use for citizens to run threw if needing to flee a scene. Or a place for Rebels to meet up and discuss plans, initiate new rebel members, or simply a hangout spot for renegade citizens.
Weapon rules still apply. Weapons are incredibly scarce, only the occasional pistol and crowbar are found.
The sewers may expand in time. But not now.
