New plugins:
Roll gain --- On a roll, you will get a random number. Depending on the weapon in hand, CCA rank, or attributes, a specific number will be generated and placed below the roll number to be added onto the random roll.
CCA Radio voices ---- Your CCA will now randomly produce radio sounds. If this gets annoying, just tell me.
Soon to be added:
CCA Auto Data Add --- So we dont need to manualy add everyone's data in.
