The sound of a Vortiguant

I thought of this awhile ago and I think it will add a lot more to the RP if we included something like this. Basically, in HL2 EP 1 we saw a vortiguant make a very piercing sound that traveled for miles. Right now, vorts here can just make noise about that of a human. I think there should be a way for other vorts to communicate throughout the entire city. For example
/me make a piercing sound that rings throughout the city
(Insert a command here)
The sound of a vortiguant is heard
Along with this could be like a talk that only vortiguants have. Sort of like a radio or like a group chat and maybe the vort would say
"My brothers, if anyone has escaped from the clutches of our overrules, send help. I have met others and we are dying, I feel it won't be long till I am gone as well."
I think it would make it more desirable to play as a "Bio-tic". Because, at the moment, playing as a vortiguant has less freedom than a citizen (by that I mean our basic communicating skills). Also, I think we should make a canon forum post about vortiguants, like how they do not have telekinesis and can read minds but make high pitched squeals and clicks, sort of like whales, to communicate to one another. Tell me what you guys think.

If you want to go through the steamfiles and find the sound in half life 2 (cant be episode 1 or 2) then i can put it in the game. Otherwise it requires a download and Diablo wants to keep the server strictly vanilla and download free

Perhaps i wasn't being clear on what I want. I will make it more simple. How I don't want the sound file inserted I could care less about that, i want vorts to have a command, sort of like how an event works, where it might say a "high pitched frequency rings throughout the city". Then the vort that made that sound could PM all the other vorts his message. Also if we are kepping it vinalla then why do we have a suggestion area? I'm will speak on behalf o the people and say most of them would rather have a unique server. So i am unsure what you mean by "strictly vanilla"?

Well, the Vortigaunt screech would not be downloaded if found in the Source sound files. So if you can find it in there, I can surely put it in.

I mispoke, by vanilla i meant vanilla hl2 not vanilla hl2rp. Coding items into hl2rp that are located in the hl2 source files require no download because users already have the content.
