Listen to it all CCA units. Get a good idea of what radio chatter is really like!

I'm gonna do some digging and see if I can create a vocoder like voice modulator. How cool would it be if when CCA units talked into their mics (oocly) it came out vocoded. I'm sure I saw something like it out there when i was looking on random gmod threads before.
