03-02 are still considered pretty expendenable.

I don't think he actually meant AUGS even if he said it. I think he just meant a skill advantage. We can ask him.

Actually, yes. Its a skill advantage plus minor augmentations. This means minor strength boost. And by this I don't mean punching like a bad ass. I mean holding a weapon more steadily, or carrying larger weapons, or more equipment. Shit like that. Not lifting cars.

Something to make the CCA a force to fear. Not mega bad ass'. If I was stupid enough to let 03's have EpU powers, well shit man. Kill me now.

And as for Helix's augmenting themselves, all augmentation applications must run through CmD and up. You cant just go "Oh im 03 I have augs now.". No. You need to RP getting them. You need to go through the surgery. You need to file out an app or talk to someone about it. And Helix's cant do it on themselves, they need another Helix to do it.

And to be honest, did you see the fights between Citizens and CCA in the opening of HL2? People got their asses WOOPED. So having a standard CCA unit with minor augmentations is not really un-common in HL2 cannon.

Whether they abuse it or not... well Mr. SA, arnt you the one here to stop that from happening?

Nah, im really saying DvL+ because common. It makes it a lot more realistic and fair for both sides, Now say a damn Rebel, like i don't know James Valen was to walk up too a 03 and grabs him, the 03 responds by grabbing his hand and shattering ever bone in his hand, with a simple tug, Seriously, just DvL+ would make it a lot better and a lot nicer for both sides to be more evenly matched.
