The Death of Eli [Auth Request]

As some of you know, Eli White, also known as The Weasel, died recently in a confrontation at the CWU Homegoods store. He was given NLR, so I took this as a great opportunity to start him over, semi-fresh. I'm hoping to bring him back to the City 45 days, meaning, he never joined the CCA. He instead dropped all his contraband and boarded the train to C08 as a citizen.

The reason I'd need this authed is because it's a massive change. Eli is a char with 10 months worth of development, and in that time, he did a LOT. A lot of people knew him.  My plan is this - Eli wil retain SOME development: the people he'd met, the places he'd gone, the things he'd done, BUT I will develop an alternate story as to how he did things that he did as a CCA unit.

I'm just looking for permission to do this. So far I have approval from:

I'd talk to some super admins to get their opinion on it, other than that it seems fine to me!

How many approvals do I need to get to confirm this RP?

Just talk to SA's, you don't need approval from players. I'm sure if at least 2 SA's say you're good, then you're good!
