Improvement to Diablo's Thing.
I was thinking, that instead of asking a CCA to work at a specific CETA place. You should have to ask the store owner or manager, and then a CCA should just add it to there data. Because I actually enjoy training people to work at my pharmacy, and when I have been the manager of other places I actually enjoyed interviewing people to work there. It would be no fun if the CCA just said "Okeydokey, now you haz a job even though you have no fucking experience with medicine at all. Haz a nice day!" It would be a lot better if the IC apps where done by the store owner. Just an idea, but I really hope this gets approved.

No. The data gets edited by other players to much. Im sorry but it cannot be like this if we want it to work smoothly.
Players simply ask a CCA Unit to open the doors for them. If a Loyalist or CWU worker is online they can come in and train the Citizen to work professionally.
Mainly the reason we cant do that is, what if there isnt a store owner online? A citizen cant get a job.
When, if you make it so getting a job is quick and easy, and it supplies points towards being a loyalist then a citizen will try to pounce on that chance. Open it so they have access to all the stores goods, the Salesman in the back primarily.
This is where the CCA comes in. They need to wait and guard the store, so when the Citizen wants to quit his shift, the CCA can search so they can see if he stole anything from the Salesman.
Edit: To add even more insight to this, training can simply be done with Text's on the walls, or a simple paper on a wall with instructions. Not to mention the only store that actually needs training is the Pharmacy, and its hidden in the back where only the Loyalists know of it. So set it up how you want, because new comers will be coming in. And generally, if they like the job, they will want to learn more about it.

Re: Improvement to Diablo's Thing.
Can we at least keep IC apps just for the pharmacy and medical center? Because I have actually made my own applications and I think it is really fun training people to work there.
Basically what I do for an application is as follows:
You must be a level 1 loyalist. And if they are then I ask them a few questions about if they have any medical experience from the past and stuff. After that, I quiz them on all the different types of medicines and what they do. That way they don't give paracetamol to a guy that is depressed and then produce drug addicts. After that I teach them how to use bio-gel in minimal situations, so that way once they are at a higher loyalty level, they will qualify to be a full on doctor and work at the medical center.
It would make a lot more sense if I could still do this. Because we cant just have random junkies walk up to the CCA and be like "C-Can... I work f-for the................ Pharmacy? I'm t-totally not gonna steal drugs and g-get high..." Because that is going to happen unfortunately.
All I am asking at this point is if I could keep the pharmacy apps done by me so that way Conlon can use his phycology skills and then be like "GTFO junkie bitch" Or some shit like that. Because I need to be able to train the peoples that come to get the job. And I cant imagine a CORE 05 or 04 can train somebody in medicine. Because it seems that's what rank EVERYBODY is.
Please man, I really want to keep my apps the way they where. I don't care about the other stores, because that makes sense, but you actually need experience and to be trained in order to work at the pharmacy.

Re: Improvement to Diablo's Thing.
Well, you have to be level 1 anyway. -15 points.
And like I said. You can train them, but only if you are online. If not, they are free to work there without training. Everyone starts somewhere, even you.
