Why did TC explode again?

Okay, AGAIN, TC is fucked up for some reason. Because in the little Game tracker thing in the forums there is a red dot next to the server IP AND in Garry's mod TC doesn't even appear on the server list and I cant find it. This makes life difficult when I actually want to play HL2RP because no offence but all the other servers are crap and I am banned from a few of them. And I just really want to play on TC and I want to know what is going on.

Well TC be fixed now but I still kind of want to know what was going on.
