Multiple counts of minge fighting, punchwhoring, killing me in particular, killing OTHER players, claiming he takes illegal drugs which could be bad for our community if released to authorities which is only three numbers away, killing players that are NOT me, killing players so they are not allowed promotions or rewards during CP ceremonies, being myself. He has also not been doing his job. He hasn't been helping those who are new to Serious RP and just uprigt kicks them. He has banne and kicked multiple people who have not deserved it. And being in general a dickhead.

Look, I don't care if you ban him, give him a timeout, whatever. But what I really want is for him to be demoted and stripped due to his constant abuse. He doesn't do anything. MULTIPLE people, especially on this whole bar fiasco about the Anti-Citizens getting shot up during a failRP raid when he changed characters and joined in on the mass murderings, which were laer voided, I understand, but still is an abuse of power and he knew what he was doing full and well. He has on MULTIPLE occasions abused his pwer and I am downright appaled, offended, and sickened by his actions. I also question as to WHY he has the OP powers as it was KAT who had earned them. Not Chris. And speaking of which, I find the idea of him using/stealing Kat's characters without her approval to be moreso likey than not. In fact, it was KAT who had earned the DvL position. I was there for that. And I know for a fact that Chris is just using the power that Kat had earned for his own personal gain on the server. And at this point I don't see why after my multiple applications that this dullard, who might I add recieves at most a D- in his English class, which he has actually admitted to me, recieves all of this power while I sit alone without any power. And yes, I know, this is not about me or this kids grades in the lanuage that we all speak. I also remember on multiple occasions asking for help with MANY people who were looking to become serious RPers and no response came. ANd sometimes, instead of actually teaching that player how to roleplay, those said players would be kicked/banned by Dracul. Which, all in all, affects the community greatly and probably means that we recieve less in terms of donations.

Many. I have screenshots of him having weapons he should NOT have as a DvL, I have multiple witnesses and know many players who have experienced similair things, I have admins who witnessed to these offenses, I have chat logs, which I sent to YOU Diablo. Diablo, I know you have recieved multiple complaints from other users about him. If you want screenshots, visit my profile as I have made MULTIPLE screenshots of the situations. Using drugs has nothing to do with TC, as long as he isnt fucked up while playing.

Grades don't matter in school. I am a really nice guy, yet my English teacher failed and suspended me for 5 days because I drew on a desk. She was a bitch to me.

As for Kat earning the Op and developing characters, you have a point. I don't remember Chris ever actually earning it. He just kind of had it when Kat left.

This all stems from the ceremonies when something was happening in LOOC and the fact that you didn't get GHOST or a promotion. I have seen no problem with Dracul's OP powers at all. He killed you once because you wouldn't stop the LOOC and you came back and instantly killed him back. I vote NO.

ALright, I will post the pictures. But Gremlin, please read the entire thing. I am not just mad because of that. However, that was the catalyst of the entire thing. I have linked multiple chats to Diablo and many admins have witnessed his abuse. And if you think about it, he had no right to kill me. You guys were talking about HINTING, which yes, in a way, I could have been. However I was merely RPing my character. ANd my character, as the smallest of the group and rarely acknowledged even thoug hhe inputs so much work when I have the ability to play him, is constantly ignored and has been given so much in terms of reqards yet has not recieved GHOST even though someone that was at EpU level was promoted to DvL just now. Also, this is not a poll. This is a discussion between Diablo and whomever he chooses to include in this. Also, since when have DvLs been allowed to have RPGs? I do not remember a time like that. I believe that is an OTA/Resistance Specialist weapon if I am not mistaken.

Oh yeah, and Diablo, I know that feeling. Except mine was with a math teacher...

I am SLIGHTLY pissed about not getting anything during ceremonies. But that means nothing to me. You guys had actually left me out after you had killed me THREE times. Kinda pissed me off. The fact that I was just answering thecomment that someone made in LOOC and you shooting me down pissed me off. Now, I have been known to be the guy that always makes the bane or kick requests. However, you have to admit, I write down PARAGRAPHS about this shit. THis shit builds over time. ANd I would also like to mention that I have YET to see you RP school anyone. Which, again, angers me as one of these people were just kicked because he was old and just so happened to be named after Benjamin Franklin. No i killed you only Twice, and when i kicked Ben, it was for his DESC, it had founding father in it, he was clearly trolling his DESC was perfect but it clearly meant the historical figure with the DESC after he rejoined i made him change it.

Usually when your trying to demote someone your mad at them, but try to leave it out greek. Its a giant messy crap pile of back and forth hatespam.

1st. You were not getting promoted anyway because I haven't seen you do a lot on your CCA unit, and I have little/no reports ever from you.
2nd. I was about to shoot you and iron hoove myself. And when I said that in LOOC, dracul shot you for me, because you guys were distracting with all your complaints. Some go up, some don't. If I did shoot you, this would probably be a page about demoting ME, and paragraphs against me. Please just think a bit.
3rd. You called dracul the immature one, yet you come back and kill him? Which spiked you dieing again? I mean yeah most people in your place would of killed him back, but would be laughing about it.

I rarely see you aboose, and I know IM one to talk, the guy demoted for 2 weeks...but...your both decent friends to me here. If your DvL did have an RPG, yes, thats wrong. Killing greek might not have been the BEST...path...because following in noobstrikes footsteps usually leads to bad things. You do kick and ban more than any of us, but I don't know how much of it is justificationified, greek might be right, or you might, unless you can proove it somehow. I do see alot of minges, but maybe one has potential somewhere. I don't know. As an admin, I feel like dracul doesn't deserve a demotion over something as simple as this. He may mess up at times much like me, but has good intentions in mind.

I cried a little bit, when i read this. And yes i did blow him up i wont deny it, it was out of fun i wont lie im a mini noobstrike at heart, and always will be.

It did not matter to me whether or not I was getting promoted or something. The reason as to why I have been rarely on my CP is because of the goddamn whitelist bug. I was also out for two weeks. Also, him killing me during ceremonies was the CATALYST. Look up the word. It was like the tip of the ice berg for me. And no, Noob. I would not try to demote you for this. For one, I have rarely seen you do too much harm. Whereas Dracul HAS. He doesn't even deserve it as it was Kat who earned OP in the first place. Not Chris.

Honestly, I have roleplayed with Dracul before, I have seen him in action, he is quick to respond to issue. I admit he does make mistakes but he is human, and I forgive him for that.
Honestly, I don't really see why to demote him. He is a fairly good OP and as long as everything stays in order I see no reason to.

I'm seeing to much stuff being slung from side to side. I'm locking this thread because there is more than enough evidence and testimonies on this matter. Any follow up threads on this matter will get the respective parties banned.

Dracul Zev will not be demoted. Purely because he has had Operator for much longer than trail Operator, and in his time, this is the only time someone suggested to demote him.

Dracul will not be banned, on these side rules.
I have noticed your Op skills are getting rusty. Lots of banning quickly and the wrong time lengths of a ban.
As well as kicking people on the spot.

Here are the rules you must follow to keep your Op. If anyone catches you breaking these, your Op will be revoked.

Rules:

1.) Follow the correct ban time lengths.
When someone comes in and runs around punching people, ban them for an hour. They have small attention spans. If they come back and do it again, its a perma ban. They clearly do not like HL2RP and do not deserve to play until they come to us and prove they are able to play correctly.
If someone has a bad description, RP school them. If its something mingy, RP school them. If they show signs of clearly being a minge, ban them for an hour. They want to be clever and funny, so they will most likely lose that want after awhile. If they come back and do it again, a day ban is good. They will surely be gone by then.

Bad names, same as bad descriptions.

2.) RP to your fullest potential. Sometimes people slip. And when you got that rocket launcher, you're lucky the High Up's didn't punish you with a black mark. The CCA don't care if you are of a high rank, they will kill you and replace you. So follow the rules, even when no one is watching.

3.) Try not to screw up. I know you admitted to me that killing greek was just you angry. Whether this is true or not, it has to stop. Killing someone is not how you solve a problem. You talk to them genuinely and discuss it like gentlemen. Killing only results in a mingy RP session, and a butt hurt player leaving the server.

If you follow these three simple rules, you can keep your Operator. Follow morally correct rules as well. Also the HL2RP rules, such as meta gaming, power gaming, all that good shit.
