CAH Public bulletin board

I thought it would be a nice idea to have a 6 slot public bulletin board and a paper dispencer next to it inside the front entrance to the CAH.

The dispenser doesn't really dispense anything, instead it tells the player to type /calladmin and ask for paper.
Once they are done, they can come back to the bulletin board and call the admin back to place it on the wall. The admin will read it first, to make sure its something the Combine would approve. Because... they censor things you guys, this isnt america.

After that, the paper is put into one of the 6 slots, if there are 6 already in there, remove one.

People are allowed to come and read, and people are allowed to right as much as they want, as long as the Combine would approve. This means nothing against the CWU, Loyalists, UU, CCA, Administrators, or even about Rebels, as that would be considered what I call "A bad idea".

On the other hand, rebels cannot come in and post anything rebellious. We are going to pretend all of these papers are combine approved only. Meaning the rebels cannot post without a Combine noticing. So lets keep the rebel "super cool secret message" to a minimum.

Other than that, that is my idea.

I like the idea but I don't think players should have to call an admin to just get the paper, it should dispense paper but at a price. It should be like 5 tokens so people wouldn't just abuse to get paper and write random stuff. With the 5 tokens or more it will force players to really think what they want to say and think "Is it important enough that I should spend 5 tokens?"

Okay, so a sales man. 5 tokens sounds fine. What model would the sales man be?

This bulletin could also feature jobs or temporary ways or objectives of obtaining a few tokens, set by CWU or CCA. Since the Business permits are now in the game, being able to obtain tokens in various ways should become possible. We need to create low end jobs and not loyalist ones either, ones that anybody could do for a bit of money.

I don't think there should be any OOC rule stating that people can't post stupid things on the board. If they do, they get tracked down and dealt with ICly, like with everything else. ICly most(if not all)people would know better anyway.

The CCA approve BEFORE they post it, so you couldn't post something they didn't want posted.
