Edit: I actually found this for the combine voices also which would be cool if you could figure out how to add it: Enhanced Combine Voices
Also, I was looking around on this wiki http://wiki.cloudsixteen.com/Plugins
This next list is a little less mandatory I guess you could say lol, I think these plugins are notable though in case you want to put 'em in.
Under All Schema's Section:
- Primary Needs: Just makes sleep hunger and thirst in the game, apparently thirst and hunger is slow to progress. (This one would be cool, but we'd have to test it to see if it is good or not)
- Toxins: Allows us to add contaminated areas if say, toxic gas has infested it or something.
Under the Clockwork Section:
-Simple Body Group Changer: So we can do things such as manipulate the certain metro police pack models to have a set body group (We wanted to do this on city 8 I believe but never could)
-Third Person (We had this before)
Under the HL2 RP Section:
-Apply: Simple /apply, displays name and CID
-FactionNPCs: Npc's do not attack the faction which they are set to, though they will to anything not in their faction.
-Emplacement Gun: Places the Emplacement gun wherever the SA wants, good for certain event situations.
-UU-Items: Not really sure how this works but it adds in branded UU items which are legal.
-EnhancedVocoders: This adds in OTA/Other CCA vocoder sounds, very cool, more of an aesthetic thing really, but I like it.
Finally: I found this useful plugin for enforcing ratios for say CCA cause I know that was trouble in the past, but in any case here is the ratio enforcer.

Whatever your verdict is on these, I just think they all prove useful/beneficial to RP. Hopefully we can get it up by tomorrow guys!

Ok, guys we seriously need to get organised here. If we really want to start a server we need a set time, motivated staff and people who are actually going to follow through with things and be there to support it. I say, tomorrow at around 1:00 eastern standard time, we get all the supporting staff including DIABLO if he wants, to be in a chat room in which I will invite people to. If anybody has a time difference let me know. But if you see this message and you are a staff member, send it to any other available staff so they can see.
For the Chatroom, we will discuss regulations, certain RP aspects that need to be worked on, things we should add/remove etc. Once we narrow down all the negatives and positives we will be good to start the server. Guys, we will need new regulars and shit, because I hate to say it, pretty much all of our community is inactive/doesn't care anymore.
A few key things are:
- Combat RP, set in stone, no exploits or ways to work around that would cause arguments
- Token System and function (It needs more of a use)
- Balancing of Factions
- Focusing on what the community wants instead of just staff
- Conflicts in RP (OOC)
- Events and how they work/operate
- Potential Plugins
We should also discuss staff positions and roles, some of our staff is gone, that's not really too good/organised for a healthy server community.
If any regulars from the past are reading this, try to be on around 1:00-2:00ish eastern standard time tomorrow.

All beta weapons arnt in. As far as I am concerned, if the Ammunition or Animation doesn't work for that weapon, its not in the game. For anyone who happens to come across an OICW or Duel Pistols, tell an admin and get it removed. They do not work as of yet.
As for everything else, I am working on it.
As for the extra CCA voices, I will be removing a few from the list. Only because some of them are not the actual Unit talking, some are the Dispatch voice. Which plays randomly now, and if you were to type a command to speak that voice its pitch would change to what ever the Units vo-coder pitch is set to, which does not actually happen in HL2.

I really think that the models in HL2TS2's content pack could make an awesome addition. Give them out to players who have been with the server for a long time, and they'll feel appreciated and more inclined to stay . Also allows for a great deal of character cusomisation if you use the Simple Bodygroup Changer and my Simple Skin Changer. For example, this is an accurate representation of what Stacey would look like.

Wow, that's a nice model pack. That'd certainly come in handy, but maybe we could set it up so players can choose these models by default when they create their civvie char.

But Silver had a nice idea. Long lasting regulars get more customization than new players. The longer you stay with TC, the more perks and benefits you get. Perfect business plan actually.
