Oh here we go again, in advance take this post seriously. I've made this post to discuss what happened today and how it happened. Now, I was in the Cafe, working, I got Jenny a coffee, she left then came back in, she told me that a man I just hired to advertise the shop asked her to come get me, I went out side and got shot by none other then Bazid. First off, The advertiser was AFK. I stepped out side and get shot in the chest with a sniper rifle resulting in "INSTA-KILL" I was annoyed from the reasoning : He knew that I knew his face, at the time Rick actually though he was dead, or had dissapeared. After I typed in OOC how it was a sorta stupid reasoning, I get "Your lucky it was NLR It could've been a PK" No. It's Plaza it's always NLR, the biggest problem is your forgeting about something ICLY There's CCA in the plaza there's also a OTA outpost ontop of the pharmacy and bazid stood on the catwalks with a sniper rifle out. What Im saying is the Resistance is taking advantage of the server's condition corrisponding with things like : Loss of players, Lack of CCA and most importantly AFK'ers. What I'm saying is you know that massive thing to your left? That's called the Nexus and there's also a OTA SNIPER outpost. Guess what that means? It means that /dispatch Anti-civil and guess what ALL of the resistance members know this : Overwatch cannot be activated without a DVL. And guess what that's OOC. ICLY Overwatch can be dispatched if a bio-signal or a bunch go off as easy as that, but you guys all know somehow ICLY you know OOCLY that they can't be activated without a DVL. Which also accounts for failrp, and is meta. Apparently the resistance has gone to Pakistan and decided to pick up some Palestinian alarm clocks "Alah Hu Akbar" Your killing jobs worse then Obama (Sorry Im really sorry on that, seriously Sad ) Your practically stabbing innocents in the back, taking their jobs and money, and Bazid, how, how did you know that I was Rick Harvard, huh? You said you forgot your past but how? Anyways leave comments, ect. I'm too sick to ramble on, it was 98 something degrees out today.

True, I see a large lack of fear RP in you getting shot. The moment a shot would go off in the plaza some CCA or a scanner would investigate immediately. And then moments later one or two OTA would be deployed, and at this point there is absolutely no chance of survival. DIABLO has said that OTA have some shiz like bio-life scanners or w/e and this makes it so if rebels are hiding or something and they ICly cant be seen then that means OTA can use a thermal thingy and just see everybody. If that is the case then rebels should be a lot more scared when publicly doing things, you gotta use more stealth, gotta preferably not kill CCA but just knock 'em out and stuff. Killing people will always have bad consequences and people seem to not see that. At least when I killed people on Vince I didn't just fire a loud bullet in the plaza, I use short and energy preserving swipes with a blade to easily dispatch targets without giving them time to scream. I don't see anything that can be done about the situation NOW, but in the future if this happens again you have all the right to flag up to an OTA and track them down.

Okay to start with I have never said that "I put my past behind me" so I don't know where you got that from. Second my character has been after you since city 45 because Rick knows Jacks face. Another thing I ran the second I shot and O.T.A are only deployed until a High command requests for one. As for why a rebel would kill Rick, Hes a high level loyalist that knew who Jack was. So logically Jack would want to kill him as he's one of the few people that would tell the C.C.A that he is there if he saw him, as Jack spends a lot of time in the plaza to get information on the C.C.A or to hide from them. As for the units responding to the gunshot it would not happen instantly and Jack had already tied up and trapped another unit that was behind him with the help of Tyrone (For some reason he was rather calm, The unit I mean). You also didn't have to follow Jenny to where I could shoot you. I also did a roll to do it and I could have easily missed you and if that happened I would have been in trouble. This was also a NLR so I don't know why your mad you still have all your stuff you just don't know who Jack is. I was also surprised it worked as within the first few seconds I almost got taken out by a unit (he was the one me and Tyrone Tied up). As for how I knew what Rick looked like is that I have been spying on you for a long ass time (Do the creep) and I did try to kill you before but failed as they were really shit ways (I doubt you noticed them). As for the insta kill, I has shot you in the chest AKA the heart. Even if I missed I had both Tyrone and Jenny there to kill you (mind you it would probably be Tyrone that would kill you and not Jenny as I bet she would have ran like hell)

Now about the heat, I live in Canada and it's hotter then bloody death valley in Summer. I mean I thought Canada was cold not hotter then death Shocked

Edit: Man I have shit grammar some times as seen in some of the parts of this post.

The original idea is kind of biased to be frank. I mean lots of things you did not explain properly but I will give my sense on this.

What I am getting out of this, is that you are butthurt over the death... I am not going to accuse you directly on this but its understandable... Allow me to break the ice. Ok so Jack does have the perfect reason to kill you, even if its because you know him, there are still general reasons behind it aswell, why would Rebels kill CCA? Hmm... will they do have those union cards on them, which can be used to infiltrate UU buildings and steal. Second, they are the CCA's extra pair of eyes and ears, the boot lickers who could fuck over a rebels plans and even his life in an instant. Jack has also performed a huge assassination in the past of Markus Paine which would give him experience. I really don't know what there is to complain about behind this, what were the rebels doing wrong?

We had one unit that was actually a player ICLY trapped and ready to be killed (Which we did kill) Besides the 3 units which are ICLY in the city, they under no circumstance have a Jack Bazid alarm that triggers as soon as he enters the area. With your OTA, you made that base yourself, YOU could have flagged up on him with what you are saying but you knew that you needed to be requested so you didn't, Ryan (CallChaos) has a point behind what he is saying. As soon as he fired, he did the right thing IC, he ran, which ICLY units investigated afterwards. Resisting is what the RESISTANCE does, I remember a time when people used to actually complain that they weren't doing enough resisting. Well this is what they would do, hinder the CCA by one CWU, which he was NLR'd and didn't have to be. Rick Has everything he did except the knowledge of Jack, we also don't ICLY know Rick anymore. A planned assassination dating back to C45 would have to play out at some point wouldn't it?. You didn't have to follow any of Jenny's requests, infact the AFK guy was not AFK icly... and besides the point, Jen could have said anything believable to you. You chose to listen which ultimately payed the price. I really don't know how this is the resistance done wrong. We planned it out ICLY and you could have also flagged to go and figure out what was going on, requested NPC's to spawn, but you just pretty much didn't do anything.

It was not a terrible idea either, a risky one but not terrible, either way, we asked you for rolling and you didn't want to. If Jack were to have missed, Rick would have had heightened suspicions and would be much harder to kill, also the CCA would be put on way higher alert which ICLY they should be. If you want, you should make a report on your EpU about this if it concerns you but man, I am not seeing how resistance doing a planned operation to resist the CCA is really doing it wrong. It's all about opening the citizens eyes and submitting them to change to see that yeah, the CWU and CCA are all fake, they shouldn't be pushing humanity around and taking over the world because, you know it's kind of the worst thing anybody could do really. I will make sure ICLY my unit has his alerts high, and everyone else will too. but what Jack did was not an act of resisting the "wrong" way. We fled and got away successfully. If Jack were to have missed, Jen, and him would have been a lot more fucked.

With the Sniper rifle, a Steyr Scout is not the most powerful of the sniper rifles but it packs a huge punch and judging by the area where you were hit you were as good as dead because several things come into play, you are hit in the chest, you are bleeding, Shock, You heart could be punctured in that area which would kill you. Another thing is, Tyrone was right beside you, now if he were to have finished you off, then more CCA and Chaos would have happened but he didn't have to. I know its not supposed to be entirely realistic like IRL but realism is definitely to be used. A sniper to the chest could easily end a life in a matter of seconds.

Again, your character is alive still and healthy, his development is not lost which it easily could have been. I don't want a huge argument over this so I am keeping as much middle ground as I can with this post.
