Ghost AR And Drivable APCS.

And NO the pony hud is not there. It's just the guy. Anyways the rifle needs CS:S and EP2. It has a laser sight and it makes a noise when your out of ammo, it uses 9mm for ammo ICLY Pulse Rounds.

Many of the people from the outlands event know of these and are obviously cool chez. They are fully drivable, have one mounted pulse gun and one G.T.G.A.P/A.M. Which is Ground To Ground Anti-Personnel, Anti-Armour or Anti-Aircraft Missile. In short it fires RPGS using M2. And it also does an alarm kinda like the dispatch Evasion alarm featured in the apartments in HL2 where there's a raid and everyone dies. So +SUPPORT or -SUPPORT, remember APCS can't drive into the slums and possibly the AC's can high jack them, but all in all I'd think the SR and the APC would be an awesome expansion to the server and would benefit RP greatly.

But we shouldn't have toooo many addons... Too many addons = Errors and shit happening and eventually the server will have lag at 20+ people like we had back when we used CS:S guns.

I will add in the rifle tonight.
/me remembers that Garry fucked with the addon system in Gmod 13 and I do not know how to convert workshop files to actually LUA files

As for the APC's, I will have to work out some rules on who can drive them and when.

Rules for the APC could be:
-Can only be used by Overwatch or CCA Ranked 03+ with permission from a DvL+
-No citizens are allowed within 15 paces(to prevent some minge from getting in), any who do can be shot
-Are only to be used during A: judgement waivers centered on anti-civil activity in the plaza or B: when needed for security in the plaza(ex: when a CA or inspector from another city comes, advisor pods, etc)

If its used by a ghost would they get +15 or +10 on rolls because of their training?
That and how would we use /me's with snipers? would we PG it if the one being targeted doesn't notice the beam? [not facing the snipers general direction] or would we just give it a +30 [ = +40 or +45 if used by a ghost]

Combine sniper rifles are fairly accurate, due to how augmented it is compared to it's ancestor-rifle; the scout (well, ICly anyways).

Meh... I'm guessing that you'll get like a heavy roll, like... a +30 or something

Yeah, I would assume you would get around +30 because this is a super duper Combine made rifle that launches beams of dark energy or w/e into people. But you still shouldn't be allowed to aim for heads because even in the actual military they train snipers NOT to target the head because 5/10 times you will miss and get shot to death by 30+ guys. Generally IRL snipers aim for either the upper chest around the collar bone because that will fuck them really bad, or they shoot the gut. Considering how powerful a MODERN sniper rifle is and how it physically blows a chunk 3x the size of your fist out of somebody and onto the concrete when they are shot in the gut, being shot in the gut would kill them either instantly or after a duration of a few hours. And remember this is not a modern 50 caliber rifle, this is a Combine Dark Energy launching sniper rifle that is used to fuck the enemies of the COMBINE witch is a hard core alien race, really hard. So in the end... This thing hurts a lot.

[EDIT]: Holy fuck, with dismemberment mod this sniper physically makes people EXPLODE. I see a fucking ribcage fly across the scree, eyeballs splatter into walls, a fucking tendon went into the air and splatted back down on the ground. There was no way to physically make out what the person could have looked like before they were shot, this shit is fucking crazy. I will find a pic of what happened to them in a sec.

We'd probably have to tone it down a little in RP because otherwise it would be an easily abusable PK cannon and basically D6 would become little more than a death camp.

Dood, dark energy simply goes and dissassembles shit at the molecular level, that and thats dismemberment mod, its ment for lots of gore, not realistic damage n shit.

FUN FACT: If you were to shoot a 50 caliber sniper rifle round through a enclosed space, such as an averagely sized bathroom, the concussive force that travels with that shit would liquifiy your insides or something. so, er, yeah. you ded.

D6 doesn't have enough accesible rooftops without noclipping [please enough with noclipping to rooftops] except in the quarry area, and quarry area is rebel rave party zone.
Maybe we could give it a chance to malfunction, if it is in bad condition[s][shot ,dropped ,dented, dropped in muddy water or water in general, rain etc...]
if it fits one of those conditions then we could do a roll for malfunction [roll bonuses do not apply for this roll] under 15 would essentially break it and make it require repairs before use under 5 would mean the dark energy battery attached would malfunction and cause it to possibly overload, causing electrical bolts of dark energy to go flying? idfk just saying stuff. under 30 would mean the scope is either cracked, has crap on the inside lenses, or out of focus/malfunctioning.
